Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned crews for lawn maintenance and production tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper execution of work.
• Prioritize daily tasks, train crew members, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Physical ability to perform various landscaping tasks and work in outdoor conditions.
• Associate's degree in landscaping or related field, with 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of landscape/hardscape practices and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
