Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. If you are passionate about helping seniors and making a difference in their lives, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
- Respond to dining needs while maintaining service standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
