Job Title: Lead Caregiver
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to function as the lead to a group of Care Managers during shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure quality care and services are provided in alignment with each resident's individualized Service Plan (ISP) and Sunrise policies. Responsibilities include supervisory support, ADL care, meal service assistance, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Medication Management Certificate required
- High School diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with seniors
- Demonstrates leadership competencies
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
