Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nurse to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Orange. As a Licensed Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to residents in our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s). Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents.
- Manage medications and treatments for residents.
- Implement and evaluate resident care plans.
- Document nursing services and maintain resident dignity.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
- Prior experience in assisted living or memory care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
