Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in accordance with state guidelines.
- Assist in identifying suitable patients and referring them for rehabilitation.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely, seeking PT co-signature.
- Ensure all necessary MD orders are in place for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Complete all required documentation following state regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
- Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant as required by the state.
