Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients as supervised by a Physical Therapist.
- Assist in patient identification and referral to appropriate rehabilitation.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely, complying with state guidelines.
- Ensure necessary medical orders are obtained for treatments.
- Complete all required documentation according to state regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
- Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the relevant state.
