Job Description
At Home Therapies, part of Enhance Therapies, a leading family of therapy companies, is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the organization, the Physical Therapist Assistant will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide treatment to patients following state practice guidelines.
- Assist in patient identification and referral to rehabilitation services.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Ensure necessary medical orders and documentation are complete.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
