Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist PT in patient identification and referral to rehab.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and MD orders are in place.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
• Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
