Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a full-time member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities will include assisting in patient assessments, documentation, and ensuring adherence to state practice guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under PT supervision.
- Assist in patient assessments and referrals as needed.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Obtain necessary orders for treatments and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
