Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for rehabilitation services.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely, following state guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with treatment orders and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program recognized by the APTA with licensure/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Demonstrated ability to work within state practice guidelines.
