Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with the PT in patient assessment and identification for rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.
• Obtain necessary medical orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
• Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
