Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist in patient assessment and referral for rehabilitation services.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Obtain necessary medical orders for treatments and maintain documentation compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program recognized by APTA.
- Current state license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
