Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Balfour Senior Care. As part of our mission to provide exceptional senior living experiences, you will work closely with our care partners to deliver quality care and service to our residents. Your responsibilities will include completing admission data collection, managing resident and nursing care activities, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with care partners to deliver quality care and service.
• Complete admission data collection to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage day-to-day resident and nursing care activities.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in nursing service work areas.
• Demonstrate respect and integrity in all customer interactions.
• Assist in training new care partners.
• Communicate effectively with families, vendors, and outside providers.

Requirements

• Valid and current LPN state license required.
• Knowledge and experience in bedside nursing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a warm and encouraging disposition.
• Ability to adapt to change and maintain a customer focus.
• Ability to lift and push/pull weight, stand for extended periods, and work weekends and holidays as needed.
