Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is offering a rewarding opportunity for a Full-Time, Night shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will assist in the direction of nursing services under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensure patient care quality, and provide essential support in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate responsibilities to nursing personnel under supervision.
• Monitor and observe patients for signs of change or adverse reactions.
• Notify physicians of emergencies and implement necessary changes in orders.
• Perform delegated duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a valid LPN license.
• Hold a current and valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as a charge nurse and during emergencies.
• Ability to deliver quality nursing care, follow medical orders, and demonstrate a passion for geriatric nursing.
• Maintain yearly CPR certification.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings as required.
