Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a full-time night shift. As an LPN, you will be responsible for assisting in the direction of nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, observing patients for symptoms, notifying physicians of emergencies, and implementing care changes as necessary. This role requires high school graduation, graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, a current LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, CPR certification, and a commitment to providing quality geriatric nursing care.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willing to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
• Ability to deliver quality nursing care, follow doctors’ orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
