Responsibilities

• Work closely with care partners to ensure quality care delivery.
• Complete accurate admission data collection for new residents.
• Manage day-to-day resident and nursing care activities.
• Communicate effectively with families, vendors, and outside providers.
• Assist with training new care partners.

Requirements

• Active LPN state license.
• Experience in bedside nursing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, especially with the elderly.
• CPR and IV Therapy Certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Capacity to lift and push/pull specific weights.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Exposure to various working conditions, including potential unpleasant odors and animal allergens in our pet-friendly community.
