Job Description

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will assist in the direction of nursing services for the unit/hall, observe and report patient conditions, and provide quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services according to the Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
• Observe and report patient symptoms and conditions.
• Notify physicians of emergencies and implement order changes as instructed.
• Perform assigned duties efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a valid LPN license.
• Current licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as a charge nurse and during emergencies.
• Ability to deliver quality nursing care and follow medical instructions.
• CPR certification and attendance at mandatory training sessions.
