Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Champaign County. CRSI provides in-home developmental disability services for adults, and as an LPN, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Treat illnesses and injuries.
- Communicate with physicians, receive orders, and transcribe when necessary.
- Participate in Admission and Discharge planning.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN License.
- Driver's License, Valid Insurance, and HS Diploma/GED required.
Benefits
- Starting pay of $26.50/hr.
- $3000 sign-on bonus.
