Job Description

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Full-Time LPN, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the direction of nursing services while upholding high standards of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing nursing services for the unit in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and under RN supervision.
• Delegate tasks to nursing personnel, ensuring efficient and quality care delivery.
• Monitor patient conditions for any signs of change and alert the physician as necessary.
• Implement physician's orders promptly and accurately.
• Perform assigned duties effectively and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to take on charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to provide quality care to patients, follow medical instructions, and demonstrate a passion for geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training.
