Job Description
Are you a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services for a Full-Time position during Days (7am - 7pm). As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services, delegate duties, observe patients for any adverse changes, and notify physicians when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services for the unit under RN supervision.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor their performance.
- Observe patients for symptoms and notify physicians of emergencies.
- Implement changes in orders as instructed by physicians.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Graduated Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as charge nurses and provide quality nursing care.
- CPR certified yearly.
- Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
