Job Description

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team full-time during evenings. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the direction of nursing services, observing patients for any indicative changes, notifying physicians of emergencies, and providing quality nursing care to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the direction of nursing services for the unit under RN supervision.
  • Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor their performance.
  • Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, notifying physicians of any emergencies.
  • Implement changes in orders as instructed by physicians.

Requirements

  • High school graduate.
  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing as an LPN.
  • Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Willingness to work as a charge nurse and during emergencies.
  • CPR certification required annually.
