Job Description

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is currently looking for a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a pivotal role in directing nursing services, observing patient conditions, and ensuring high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor their performance.
• Observe patients for symptoms and notify physicians of any emergencies.
• Implement physician orders and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing as an LPN.
• Current, valid NC Board of Nursing license.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
• Ability to provide quality care, follow orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
