Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the direction of nursing services and providing quality care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services for the unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
- Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, notifying physicians of any emergencies.
- Implement changes in orders as instructed by physicians.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing as an LPN.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
- Ability to provide quality nursing care to patients with a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
- CPR certified yearly and attend required trainings and meetings.
