Peak Resources, a leading NC nursing home and assisted living company, is looking for Nurses to join their team. This opportunity offers full-time or part-time positions with various shifts available. Peak Resources Alamance is currently providing sign-on bonuses for nurses hired within March 2024. Part-Time LPNs can receive $2,000, and Full-Time LPNs can receive up to $5,000. Part-Time RNs can get $3,000, with up to $7,000 for Full-Time RNs (Conditions apply).

Primary Role Responsibilities

RN: The Registered Nurse (RN) role includes initiating and implementing health care plans, directing nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

LPN: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists in implementing health care plans and supports ongoing data collection.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Current, active RN / LPN license in the State with BLS CPR Certification.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
