Job Description
We are looking for per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
