Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team in Oceanside for evening and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
