Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center, an 81-bed facility in beautiful Exeter, NH, as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). With a new leadership team, you can create a flexible work schedule that fits your needs. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect and report data, and observe condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
