Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Granite Ledges of Concord Assisted Living Facility. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise and monitor patient care.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state-issued LPN license.
- Hold current BLS/CPR certification.
