Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Langdon Place of Exeter Assisted Living. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
