Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide quality care and support to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and observe their conditions, reporting any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assist in nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
