Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Granite Ledges of Concord. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient well-being, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes. This full-time position is available from 3 pm to 11 pm.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients' condition, collect data, and report changes.
• Participate in care planning and conduct nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and oversee care provided by support staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required by practice state).
