Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. LPNs play a crucial role in achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
