Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff's patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN state licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
