Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Exeter Center in historic Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
