Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Lebanon Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patients, administer treatments, and oversee patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
