Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
We are excited to announce new opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at Keene Center. As a vital part of our healthcare team under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients' condition, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to care assessments and planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure as per state regulations.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
