Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Crestwood on a per-diem basis. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
