Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
