Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Granite Ledges of Concord, an exceptional Assisted Living Facility. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
