Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Genesis Healthcare, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients/residents. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
