We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Harris Hill. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
