Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Lebanon Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients and residents.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
