Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Currently licensed as an LPN or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
