Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking talented Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at The Elms. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
