Job Description
Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. As an LPN, you will impact patients' lives daily, collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical results and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
