Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
