Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Country Village on a full-time Day Shift basis. In this role, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, monitor and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
