Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, supporting positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Active BLS/CPR certification (if required).
