Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our clinical team at Genesis HealthCare. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Universal COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement.
