Pheasant Wood is seeking dedicated Part Time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN at Pheasant Wood, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
